Notable Notebooks in the Wild

Over the past few months, I've heard from friends and family when they have spotted Notable Notebooks in various places. I'm still new enough to this author gig that I get a big kick out of it, so I thought I'd round up a few of them.

A friend of mine was subbing in a 5th grade classroom in New Jersey and found this on display...

Another friend was participating in a GLOBE Mission Earth webinar where one of the participating teachers shared using the book with her students. They even showed off a few of the interior pages!

My mom spotted it in a Barnes and Noble in Idaho and sent me this picture. Moms are the best, aren't they?

And, most excitingly, a friend and former colleague sent me these pictures of beautiful scientific drawings with this note. Pretty talented students, don't you think? The labels on their work are fabulous!

Knowing that something I wrote is reaching kids across the country and inspiring them to engage in science is a really rewarding feeling. Thanks for indulging me in sharing these spottings!
