Je trouve que le choix d’un dentiste ne dépend pas seulement des soins proposés mais aussi du ressenti général lors des consultations. Certaines personnes recherchent surtout un environnement rassurant et une bonne communication avant de commencer un traitement. En parcourant récemment cabinet Divina, j’ai eu l’impression d’un cabinet qui met davantage l’accent sur l’expérience globale du patient et sur une approche plus moderne des soins dentaires. Ce type de détail peut vraiment changer la manière dont les patients vivent leurs consultations. Pour moi, la confiance reste toujours l’élément le plus important lorsqu’il s’agit de santé dentaire.
